By using Removebg, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
Background removal
Removebg offers on-device and cloud image background removal. On-device processing runs in your browser. Choosing cloud processing uploads your image to our service and a third-party processing provider. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use images you select, edit, and export.
Accounts and cloud access
Cloud processing is available with or without an account. If you create an account, provide an email address you control and keep your login details secure. Do not share your login details or use another person's account without authorization.
Use the service within the limits published on our website. Do not bypass these limits, misuse the service, or interfere with other people's access.
We may restrict access to prevent misuse or protect the service. If you believe your access has been restricted in error, contact support@removebg.one for help.
Acceptable use and safety checks
Do not use Removebg to process adult sexual content, whether consensual or non-consensual, or any nudity. This includes content that is private, lawful where you live, artistic, educational, medical, or otherwise non-sexualized.
Do not use Removebg to process sexual content involving minors, child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual sexual content, unauthorized intimate imagery, hateful or discriminatory content, terrorist content, extreme violence, or any other unlawful or infringing content. You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to select, edit, and export an image.
Images must pass our safety checks before processing. Images that do not meet these rules or cannot be checked will not be processed. Do not bypass or interfere with these checks.
Processing and results
Processing speed and availability may vary. Results are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review every result before relying on it.
Images and browser history
You retain responsibility for your images and how you use exported results. Image history stored in your browser is temporary and is not a backup. Download any result you wish to keep. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Third-party resources
Removebg uses third-party services for infrastructure, cloud image processing, authentication, email delivery, abuse prevention, analytics, advertising, and asset delivery. The site may also link to partner websites. These third-party services and sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
No warranty
The tool is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ethan Sunray LLC disclaims warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tool.
Changes and contact
